Took forever for them to fix anything if they even got around to fixing it (most items were just left broken). The landlady was turning over the property to a new owner and turned our water off while we are still under contract with her and while still under contract with her our heater went out (middle of winter) and she refused to fix it due to property Changing Hands in a couple of weeks...
