Horrible service and never finished the job. Property management company called and had Kenny come out and check my frozen AC. He told them it had a coil leak and did the replacement 2 days later. My AC froze again less than a week later. I noticed the upstairs wasn’t blowing (shouldn’t they have checked?) and went into the attic to check the zone control valve. I work with the #1 Property Management Company in the world out of Charleston, SC. The Technicians were very dependable and worked with us as we had additional units needing diagnostics. In addition, they were very respectful of the Community and each resident- very professional! Because we had other calls due to a lightening storm affecting units, they worked those into their schedule so that our residents had no delays. This means so much- Extremely dependable! They went above and beyond!
