Very quick service when needed new unit. Was reasonable, knowledgeable keeping me up on all the process and repairs from wear and tear on house. Financing was easy and have great service for after care needs
I called to begin the maintenance contract for our home. The people who answered the phone were extremely polite. Good first impression. Brian and Eric came out notifying me the night before of their 2-hour arrival window. They also called when they were on their way. Performed all maintenance and found an issue with a couple other items. They were able to fix them same day. Very polite. Very satisfied.

There is not enough words to describe the quality of work that Billy and his team exude. We had old ductwork and some other items that were in need of replacement. Southern HVAC came out and did an estimate in a very timely manner. After I got the quote, we set up a time to do the repairs and they came out and did everything on the estimate. They took all the old ductwork and installation board and left the area cleaner than when they got here! Well Done Southern HVAC
