AC went out and they came out to diagnose the issue. Compared to a couple other local companies that we got quotes from, they quoted a compressor replacement $2000 higher than the next bid and quoted a full HVAC condensing unit almost $3600 higher than the next bid. Great guys, fast, but overcharge on the business end. People deserve to know upfront what to expect from this business.

Jody was quick about getting some guys out to my house same day. Derek and Naz came out to assess the situation with my AC. They were absolutely awesome! Very professional, very informative, and they saved the day. They did not try to upsell me or take advantage of me. They were able to fix my unit for a very fair price, rather than the price of replacement that I was fearing at this time. I will be calling Southern HVAC with any more of my issues that I encounter. Had another hvac company come by and “fix” my ac at least 3 times this year costing me almost $3000 in charges and my ac still wouldn’t blow cool air. Called southern hvac and they came and fixed it in 1 visit. My house is nice a cool now and it was a great price!!

Called at 6pm on a Friday and Jody was here by 8pm. After troubleshooting determined it is the compressor. Won't have more details until Monday but very thankful to find a company that can get here quickly and get started on the process in such a small town. Professional and prompt service. Thank you Jody!
