My impression is that the company prioritizes selling expensive HVAC system replacements over exploring affordable repair options. Lost a client today cause you can’t answer questions using email. First of all. You give a potential customer info on one system, but then quote a completely different model. BUYER BEWARE OF ELITE ELECTIC, PLUMBING & AIR in Port St. Lucie, Florida and their owner SOUTHERN HOME SERVICES in Maitland! I consider their pricing and business practices to be predatory...and their workmanship is substandard. Don't sign any estimates without getting a second quote from a more reputable electrician. Major red flag...Elite is not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I called them to replace an outside light pole and they quoted $2,400. This company purchased M.E. Flow. The pricing is outrageously high and there is no know customer service like you used to get with a family owned company. I dont know why these big corporations continue to buy up our local businesses only to run them in the ground. Jobs are lost and customers are forced to find a new contractor.
Buys up local companies and then goes around charging people thousands for simple services, then makes it impossible to contact them for any recourse. For anyone reading this I recommend filing a BBB claim, then going to small claims court.
