We bought a modular home in April from the Batesville location. It was delivered the 1st of May and here it is mid July and it is still not completed inside. It has vern excuse and lie after lie. **** is rude to women and has lied numerous times. My fireplace hasn't been completed. Walks don't match down the center line and sheetrock everywhere. Don't purchase from these people. Oh and no well that was included in our mortgage.
Save your money. Terrible service and they sold me a brand new home that was terrible quality. After many excuses and being cussed by the owner I made a page on Facebook showing videos of the poor quality. They filed a lawsuit against me to try and shut me up. I had to get a lawyer to sue them and the manufacturer for this mess. Over the course of a year they sent different crews out here and they still didn’t get the ****right. Maybe it was the ****? ***** ****** has deposited 20,000 of our money in April and no contract or home! Finally got a copy of the loan and it was cut off so you couldn’t read it! Just sent the application in on 5/17 and told he he didn’t have to give me my money back and called the law on me when I went to get it! DO NOT USE THESE PPL! All locations have lawsuits against them
These people are like snakes, shinny and smiling in the beginning but will bit you in the end. Do not trust them. My son has been waiting over a year on his house. He has signed papers, paid down $18, 000.00 and no house. They brought out part of the house and sat it at the road. I called the county planning commission to see what we need to do after they finished to get electricity turned on and to my surprise I was told they (Southern Housing) have not gotten a permit to put a house on the property.
