Avoid this company at all costs. They have been contacting me every single day trying to buy one of my properties. I have repeatedly told them I am not interested in selling. Their aggressive and relentless spam tactics are completely unprofessional and borderline harassment. A legitimate, reputable business respects boundaries and takes "no" for an answer. They spam you trying to buy your house. If they are buying your house it’s for far less than what it’s worth, that’s their business model. You would be better off finding a different buyer.
My geriatric mother recently moved in with my sister and we needed to sell her house. Unfortunately she had let the property fall in to disrepair. We found Southern House Buyers online and contacted them about the property. Because the house was so nostalgic for us, they let us take a look after they finished the restoration. I was amazed by the way the house had life again. They were incredibly kind and easy to work with. If I could leave 100 stars, I would. Could not recommend enough.
