Very knowledgeable, helpful, and straight forward. The shop is also very clean and organized. The equipment is state of the art. Looking forward to my performsnce transmission build.
1500 miles on my stage one SHR rebuild for my 2005 cls55 AMG. Eddie and his wife are fantastic to deal with. Utterly refreshing to deal with a company that still values customer service and satisfaction. Transmission is flawless. Just put in SHR stage 3 8HP90 War Viking transmission in an 19 Dodge Charger Hellcat and the customer service along with communication not just with HHP but also SHR was top notch. They responded timely to my messages via Instagram as well as a website with all instructions for install and break in. I am currently being cautious and still breaking in transmission before pushing it, drove about 1000 miles so far.
