Just put in SHR stage 3 8HP90 War Viking transmission in an 19 Dodge Charger Hellcat and the customer service along with communication not just with HHP but also SHR was top notch. They responded timely to my messages via Instagram as well as a website with all instructions for install and break in. I am currently being cautious and still breaking in transmission before pushing it, drove about 1000 miles so far. Poor business practices and unprofessional customer service.
Eddys a good man. He did everything in his power to help me resolve an issue for my customer after I installed a new SHR transmission and Protourqe torque converter. Problem solved! I'll always recommend SHR.
Let me just say 11/10 would recommend! Blew the transmission on my Ram TRX had it shipped to SHR and they got right on it, they were upfront and honest with pricing and that there would be possible additions. Their shop is veteran operated and that meant a lot for a Veteran. Now about 2 months after receiving my transmission she’s running healthy and strong. Can’t wait to see my times in the 1/4 I’ll take it a lil easy on her for a while but would definitely recommend this shop for any of your transmission automotive needs.
