This is the place to stay when visiting the Covington area! The staff are super friendly and professional. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything.
Wonderful staff that was very accommodating to my needs.
At check in, no one offered to help with the bags. We got to the room, it was hot and never really cooled off. The A/c was totally inadequate for a hot climate. tiny cheap plastic cups in the room, low class. tiny packet of coffee in the room completely inadequate to make a cup of coffee and it was to last us the three night stay because our room was never serviced. trash piled up, until we chased down a housekeeper to make them at least take out the trash.
