I had such a great experience with Kristen! She did blonde highlights for me, and I was honestly amazed at how healthy my hair felt afterward—there was absolutely no damage. As you can see in the pictures, I left with red and green tones, uneven patches, and mismatched warm and cool blonde throughout, nothing close to what we agreed on. What makes this worse is that Kristen knew my hair was box dyed before she ever touched it. She knew the limitations. She took my money anyway and said nothing about what was or wasn’t realistic until it became a convenient excuse.
