They are good at selling you a place to live with your budget
We previously had our property listed for a over a year with another local Realtor. We hardly had any showings and no viable offers. After hiring Lorrene Allen of Coldwell Banker 1st Choice Realty and listening to and doing her recommendations for the property we had a excellent offer which resulted in a sale of our property. This was less than a month after listing. I highly recommend Lorrene. Her communication, negotiating skills and marketing expertise were incredible. I highly recommend her.
