In November 2013, I brought two quadriplexes over to Southern Homes & Properties. At that time, 3 of the 8 apartments were occupied, and after paying the association fees, I had nearly no profit off the properties. My previous property management company insisted that there was no demand for my apartments and that there was not much that could be done. I would not recommend Realty World in Enterprise to let manage your property. I believe Walt the owner neglects your property. They showed me they have no consideration for taking care of, or managing a property. They have treated me unprofessional.
