My four properties have been managed by Southern Homes & Land for 15 years. It's been a positive experience. The are attentive to the needs of the tennants. That keeps the money coming in, which is the whole point after all!
Take a long look at the reviews on this posting. ALL of the positive reviews are from the landlords, none of them are from actual residents. Lol It’s because Southern Homes and Land are no better than slum lords. I have lived without WATER for 3 weeks, and without adequate heat in the winter. This company is outstanding! I have much respect for their integrity and always going the extra mile to take care of the property. I highly recommend Southern Homes and Land!
Renting from Southern Homes and Land has not been a pleasant experience. After viewing the home while it was vacant I was told that many things would be done. The shed without a door would be fixed, the house would be power washed, the holes in the drywall would be fixed, the carpets would be steam cleaned, etc. On move-in day, when the lease was signed, none of these things had been done.
