We moved to the surrounding area of Athens a little over 4 years ago. We started out renting a part of a duplex with SilverKey Reality. All I will say on this review is it wasn't a good experience. Recently we made the decision to look at what Southern Homes had to offer when the owner of our last rental decided to put it up for sale. So far we have had the best experience with Southern Homes. Worst place to rent from stay away never fix anything and when you ask them to they treat to rise your rent place is a joke
All their rentals are over priced.
