Not dependable, difficult to get hold of and made us go through some online thing to get CPAP supplies. Why should I go through something online to have to pick something up at your store? What’s the point of having a local supplier? Too much hassle. We moved on.

I have been using Southern Home for about 2 years now, I caught covid and was in the hospital for a couple of months and since using them they have been such a blessing I have had several issues where I needed supplies and they literally stop what they are doing and make it happen they were even going to come out in the snow for me Brad and his team are the BEST i have ever had for medical supplies his customer service is top rated and I do not know what I would have done this far without him and his team Thank you Southern ... read more

I called ahead and was told I could come in whenever was convenient for me. Brad was very helpful and listened to the issues I was having with my mask. He made suggestions and fitted me to a different style. He was very professional and gave some helpful advice.
