* Failed to obtain required plumbing permits before performing work, which is a serious city/ state violation, tho they falsely said they did. * They had to return several times over less than a year’s time to fix things that continued to break due to improper install, including plumbing fixtures, the tub itself detaching from the floor, and glass for the shower.
