* Failed to obtain required plumbing permits before performing work, which is a serious city/ state violation, tho they falsely said they did. * They had to return several times over less than a year’s time to fix things that continued to break due to improper install, including plumbing fixtures, the tub itself detaching from the floor, and glass for the shower. I had both kitchen remodeling and master bathroom remodel done by this team. The subcontractors were organized and skilled. Flooring, cooktop installation, and countertop extension were handled well. Everything stayed on budget and within the planned timeline.
