Outstanding service! Elliott Commings of Southern Home Inspection Services did an outstanding job on my Pre-Drywall home inspection on the townhome I am having constructed. He was there before the appointed time and did a thorough job on the Pre-Drywall home inspection. The report was issued to me that day and I forwarded it to the builder who has agreed to repair and fix the items noted in the report.
