High quality products, service, local business
Most of the staff is nice, otherwise this'd be a 1. Highly over-priced. The store made serious errors on my order impacting the build of my place & costing me hours of shuttling back & forth. Not only did they not try to make it right, wanted to charge me for shipping the product that should be there in the first place. All said & done they came back & billed me for an additional amount after I had settled everything. A small amount, but this store cared more about nickels & dimes ... Very helpfull! They are very knowledgeable and have a good selection of stoves, grills and fire place accessories.
Bought a grill from the guys at southern home and hearth, the sales man was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me decide which grill I wanted. Be careful though, he talked me into getting some seasonings for the grill and I am now hooked!
I purchased a grille from Southern Home & Hearth and love it. So much better than what you would purchase at Lowe so Home Depot!
Wouldn't recommend!!!! They'll never call you back and our bit concerned about helping the customer!!!
