My doctor's office was given the runaround with Southern. I called the next day and talked with Reece. He was extremely helpful but Amy was in the background being very rude and unprofessional. Glad I decided to switch providers.
RecommendedI have used other home health stores in town and none compare! They are helpful, nice and honest. So glad I found them.

I have always had great service from Steve and everyone who works at Southern. We have used them for DME since 2008, when my husband destroyed his knee. There is a reason we keep coming back. They got me fitted for a walking boot and crutches today when no one else would. I would recommend them to anyone!

The woman who took Nancy's place is extremely rude. She is very hateful over the phone and in person. I don't know why anyone like her would choose to work in customer service. I think it's time to switch to another home health company. We have done business with southern home health for years and once this woman came in, it went downhill. I refuse to be treated the way she treats people!
