Parks in apartment parking, inconsiderate, backs out without paying attention and almost hit me once.
Nurses assume you have cognitive issues ask same questions over and over and if you tell them they are being condescending they become all offended like a bunch of little kids and supervisors assume they are right and you're wrong DO NOT USE THEM remember your Medicare pays them!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, LOVE DANA and her team at Southern Home Health! They go above and beyond for our patients and it shows! They love our patients and want whats best for them. They actually care. When I have ever had any interaction with this home health, I have felt respected and heard. My entire staff think they are amazing as well. I highly recommend Dana and her team.
