We bought our home from SHB February 20, 2020, 102 NW 19th St, Oak Island. We've been working with Charles, no last name given. He is aware of the issues that need to be addressed. Left several messages, have not heard back from anyone. The issues are the pop marks, the corners of the walls, our bathroom floor had to be replaced due to a tear after walk through, Men came out replaced floor, broke the trim and scratched it up; they never came back to replace or paint the trim, the electrical box (which keeps breaking breake... read more
