This guy does a horrible job. He rushes through his work and leaves a lot of loose ends. He also tracked dirt/mug all through my house. Fortunately I don’t have carpet. His appraisals make no sense. Highly recommended looking elsewhere if you are in need of a home appraisal.

This guy is a complete idiot. He recently appraised our house which is a 4 bedroom/3 bath house with an extra kitchen in an attached and finished in-law sweet. He decided it was only a 3 bed/2 bath house and didn't give our home any value for the extra space. He won't admit to the appraisal being wrong and he has cost us a lot of time while our house has been pending under contract.
