My wife and I missed a single appointment for lab work and were told we could no longer see a provider at their facility for the rest of our pregnancy. They stated this was their policy. We’ve been visiting this doctor’s office for a while, and the waiting time has consistently been extremely long—usually around 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time. It’s very frustrating and disrespectful of patients’ time. During our most recent visit, we waited nearly two full hours in the exam room, and no one came in to give us any updates. Don’t waste your time! All these positive reviews on google are fake, check yelp for the real reviews. The staff is terrible to the patients, unknowledgeable, and DO NOT care about you or your health. They have told me they can’t fit me in for multiple different emergency appointments because they don’t have opening, yeah that’s the point of an emergency. I went to this office and self paid for two rounds of HRT. It's been about 18 months and I call to make my appointment today, I get a date and time and then put on hold. They then inform me that I cannot be seen at this location because they tried to get ahold of me TO SCHEDULE an appointment in August 2024 and couldnt.....so now they can't see me...I never no showed, never owed money but what i did do is sit and wait for 90 minutes for the 2 appointments I had there.
