I had a GREAT Experience with Brandon Shearin. We were downsizing and in the neighborhood we lived in, had tons of houses on the market at that time. Brandon came in and worked with us on the asking price. We put a gameplan together and everything worked out like He promised. I definitely will refer people to Brandon and Southern Hills.

Southern Hill Home Buyers is great, and Chris Blum was a huge help. I've done a lot of real estate transactions, and this was one of the smoothest leading up to closing. Chris added a lot of value beyond just sourcing the deal. He went above and beyond to answer questions and even research tricky issues for me. He can be creative in how he works deals and has a lot of experience that he brings. It was a real pleasure working with him.
