The Delay the Disease exercise program has been an exceptional program for those with Parkinson’s’ Disease. Not only the exercises but the social interaction is a plus for all attendees. My husband has shown improvement primarily in his balance and seldom falls anymore. He is encouraged to try his best doing the exercises by all the therapists. He continues to do some of the exercises at home. I highly recommend this program
The nursing staff is very good. The therapy department is also good. The food is very good. I would come back here is he ever had to.

The wonderful staff at Southern Hills are truly a blessing in our lives. My mom has been struggling with Alzheimer's for almost 3 years now. We visited many centers before coming to Southern Hills, but the moment I walked thru the door I knew this was the right place, and 3 years later that still holds true. Being hospitalized for my foot wound I did not anticipate needing a care facility for ongoing care. I chose Southern Hills partly for its location and because the facility was contracted to my insurance. My reception was friendly, the room was roomy and private; which I felt I needed. My first wound dressing was done by Amanda. The first two weeks were a bit rough until we set a schedule of Monday-Wednesday-Friday and got a proper wound-vac. My stay at Southern Hills was a good one. The staff have all been very good to me. Therapy has helped me greatly and I feel that I will do well when I go home because of therapy
Southern Hills Nursing Home has been an overall good experience for our family. The staff seem attentive in their duties and care. Information has beedn timely for the most part and the place is kept clean. Patient activities are great.
