Don't rent here. The landlady is horrible and I've only been here for 3 months and I'm already facing criminal charges for doing something innocent that I wasn't aware of. I have never been in trouble with the law my whole life. Once the land lady gets it out for you , you are out of luck.
was told what we needed to get the duplex and we said we weren't sure about putting down the deposit because in this economy we can't afford to be out of that money even if it will get refunded. she convinced us that if we put it down to hold the unit that we would be guaranteed the place so we did it. she then messages me at 9 a.m. saying we didn't get the place and have a few hours to come up with 3 months rent or a new cosigner that has perfect credit. we live 3 hours away from henderson currently so even if we had the co... read more
