Laundry is considered an amenity, yet you pay for it. It’s also always disgusting and the residents usually clean it up because the property manager doesn’t do it. The AC or heater is never on so it’s either freezing or so hot that the thermostat just says “hot” so don’t even think about bringing your kids in there with you. Rent is said to be “859” but when you get to pay it, it’s 1100. The grass is NEVER mowed. The dumpsters have mattresses and glass and all sorts of stuff around it. It looks really trashy. I think it's amazing place to live. Never seen a roach and I have lived here for 3 months now but then again I keep my house clean and so do all my neighbors. The swimming pool is awesome and the manager is super friendly. It's very quite here despite the other reviews. I have 0 complaints. This post was before new management took over. I heard it way downhill fast. I know lots of people who moved out because management was very unbearable.

Its impossible to get anyone on the phone and there is never anyone in the office. They have had our security deposit for 6 months or so and will not respond to any form of communication. The units themselves are in alright condition but not worth the $300 spike in rent whenever the new management team took over (raised rent to nearly $1,000 and you still had to pay to do laundry). This used to be a nice and affordable place but they changed owners and raised rent 300 dollars! The new management is never in office and they wont answer the phone if there is a problem. They mixed up the move out dates for our neighbors and us and just walked into my living room! They don't care about the tenants at all!
