I love living here! The staff is always helpful and friendly, repairs are handled quickly and professionally, and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. I couldn't ask for a better place
I want to say that it is great living here at southern hills . Maintenance is very good and come quickly to fix any problems you may have. Tammie in office is very nice and helpful . The other office girl was very nice and called me to see if my problem was solved . I didn't catch her name . Been here since Jan. 3rd and love it so far . Quiet safe area . Used to living in charlotte since 1963 . What a breath of fresh air living here. Thank God my sister found this place for me . My dog loves it too we walk in the area almost... read more
Love this place! The property is so well kept and inviting. Along with the people at the front desk who are so warm, welcoming, and always there when I need help. ESPECIALLY LISA TRAVERAS. So sweet and friendly. I truly feel at home here.
