The super friendly staff! Mike was able to reserve a space for me for 7 days so that i didn't have to lose money transitioning from my other storage location, then he called me to make sure I was on schedule the day before my reservation expired. Love the location, much closer to home!
Friendly people and great location
MANY UNITS ARE BEING BROKEN INTO AT THIS PLACE. The management does not inform tenants that there has been a string of burglaries at Southern Highlands Self Storage. Entire units are cleaned out by thieves, by the truckload. My unit was broken into and I was not informed until days later. The insurance company just ignores any request for assistance. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!
Sahrina with Self Storage has been absolutely amazing to work with. Anytime I needed something, she was there to answer my questions with our unit and get me what I needed. We would definitely recommend using Self Storage.
