Reception lady is not professional. I called in Nov'21 and Dec'21. They confirm that thy got referral and they confirm the next available appointment in Feb'22. They also confirm that they are putting us on waiting list, so that in case of any cancellation we will get an appointment. When I didn't get any update; I called on 15-Feb-22 and now they have given appointment in April'22 . This is really sad and unprofessional :(
