It has taken many months for me to cool down to the point that I could post this review on Carpet Court Bowral without a torrent of profanity pouring out of the keyboard. Charged an additional $250 dollars to move a table! Very disappointed
Rooms were not measured correctly, even though they shared a wall. Installers were great just confused as to how they measured a shared wall differently. I had 2 rooms done and a week later the final room done. No discount. Same day that the error was found I was called by the office to make final payment on invoice but no mention of the error.
We recently replaced all of our carpet with Carpet Court and were surprised at how reasonable the quotes were that we ended up getting better carpet than we thought we could afford. The process was easy from initial contact, measure and quote, choosing carpet in store to installation. The installers arrived on time, were friendly and helpful and did a great job. Thank you very much.
