2022 My heat decided to go out on this past Christmas Eve early am. Temp was 15°. I talked with Roy, who was alone to cover a full load that day, with employees out on vacation. I knew Christmas Day was out, so checked into motel for the weekend. He called Monday(26th), told me he didn't want me to have to pay for a motel any longer and would come to check today.
