My dad is a veteran with this company it started out rocky with staffing. I requested to speak with the owner once I had a conversation with Ms. Nekia she assured me that the situation would be taken care of 6 years later my dad is still with the company and she kept her word. We love it here! I can appreciate any company where the owner is hands on and caring. I recommend Southern Hearts.
I love my job!
I had a disappointing experience. Communication was poor, calls weren’t returned promptly, and the caregiver assigned to us was often late and seemed unprepared. When concerns were raised, nothing really changed. I expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately that wasn’t what we received.
I currently work as a Staffing Coordinator and have experience as a former HR Coordinator, and I can honestly say this has been one of my favorite professional experiences. The work environment has grown tremendously in structure and organization over time.
