They didn’t check my age and they easily put me through resting ecg. They had given me a no choice but still attend to it. There are some age restrictions. This happened 5yrs ago. Not appropriate.
On 16th and 17th of November I had to attend Southern Heart Centre for an echocardiogram and to have a 24 hour holter monitor fitted.The staff were so kind and caring and relieved all my anxiety, due to illness I had to have an orderly push me in a wheelchair and Julie pushed me back to the entrance, ordered a taxi for me and found me a seat in the shade, I cannot speak highly enough of them, thank you girls.
Our experience with southern heart Centre is Very bad and Dr. Srinivasan is highly arrogance in nature. In case we enquire about the treatment plan (we asked only for 2 times in 3 days) and both incident he replied that you shall get discharge of patients If you are not interested. This create additional panic.
