Great nurses & doctor. All were friendly & helpful. Had a little bit of wait but nothing compared to going to Steinbach.

I have always received excellent care here (and from local pharmacy). Some people come in demanding immediate attention, and complain when they don't get it. The thing is the staff have to make decisions based on immediacy and set protocols. If you get 'bumped' because a sick and distressed child, or an elderly person strokes, and they arrived after you, be OK with that. It's not about you. It's about the patient with the greater need. And a little bit of kindness and patience goes a long way.

I just wanted to thank the nurse who helped my 6 year old daughter on Tuesday July 22 2025 around 8-9 am, By insisting and calling an ambulance for her to go to the children hospital even though she had mild fever at the time,because lf you where someone else you would have just send us home but you wanted to make sure it was nothing serious, you really saved her from any serious damage that could have happened to her heart, lf delayed treatment , as she turned out to have a rear Disease called Kawasaki, she was able to get ... read more
