Terrible customer service. Although there are two employees, almost always only one is working, the one who enters on the left side. She takes forever, doesn’t want to help customers, and deliberately delays everything. It’s a terrible experience. I do not recommend it.
It's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office to pay your bill over the phone. I have this problem every time!
I have called at least 20 times between today, yesterday, and Saturday. All calls were placed within business hours! No one picked up the phone, NOT ONCE! I'm just trying to make a payment!
Never very reliable or consistent, misleads the customer more than helps. Cheap, sorta, but not in comparison to what it is you're paying for. And then they like to slap you with some random fees. Wondering if that's the insurance for you? Do you hate yourself? But seriously, like a good neighbor I'm trying to save your money and time and headache. Nice office ladies though. Not their fault.
