I have been using Southern Greens for a number of years. I had strange smell in my house. I called the office and they had somebody come to my house that day. There was a rat problem which they took care. They were extremely accommodating when making arrangements to meet to gain access to my home. Rats are gone. Problem solved. Thanks Guys Wayne
