I have only gone here a few times and originally the primary doctor was someone else who my husband and I really liked. Then he left but we decided to stay anyway. The appointments weren't bad though I didn't really feel heard when I had complaints about my ears popping a lot. She just looked and said they looked clean. =/ Then last week I started to get a UTI I've had them multiple times before so I knew exactly what it was. After my chronic gastritis was been dismissed by 2 different doctors with just some painkillers to help - Doctor Taylor was like a breath of fresh air! She was attentive, took her time examining me and really listened to my needs. I currently don’t have insurance and she thoughtfully took that into consideration when offering me treatment options. Jonathan the Receptionist was also friendly and helpful. In fact, the whole clinic was warm and inviting. I highly recommend them!
I have had a wonderful experience since switching to this practice. Doctor Taylor is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and doesn’t rush you out the door. The receptionist Johnathan is great too! They create a very welcoming and cozy environment, and I am so thankful to finally feel at peace going to my doctors office. I highly HIGHLY recommend going here for your healthcare needs.
