Knowing the price per gram for the grade of gold you have is a numbers game. Based on the current rate of $1659.00 per troy ounce right now, a lot of 12 grams of 14K gold at 0.5833 gold per unit should be $31.12 per gram or about $373.00. If you had sold the 120 grams today and it was 14K, you should have gotten over $3700.00.

My buddy told me to go here so I did. I had a class ring and a gold coin. They offered me $250. I started to sell it but then changed my mind and decided to check somewhere else first. I ended up getting $375 at Tricity Gold Buyers in Gray.

I know, from experience that their a number of brokers bidding for gold scrap, chains and rings and sone are going to be higher than others. I got courteous and prompt service at the SGT store here in Knoxville.> I came away with $1202 in cash after leaving roughly 120 grams of old jewelry. Satisfied
