Went in to get a value on a piece of jewelry. This is a service she offers for free. You can tell the owner is passionate about jewelry. She had a very Sherlock Holmes-esque way about her when she was winding through the store, finding out about the piece. The offer she made me was very low. I might have prefaced such an offer with “I don’t mean to insult you” or something of the sort. Thank you for taking the time to look at my item.

I can’t say “thank you” enough for the amazing kind and fast service Southern Gem has offered. The staff was sweet and took amazing care of resizing my wedding ring and the turn around time was amazing. I was more than glade to wait the 2 weeks. When they had it done in a matter of days that blew my mind! Highly recommend and we gladly return when I need things in the future.

I went in to have pendant and necklace repaired and they were quick to help. Everyone there is so welcoming and pleasant ☺️ We got to talking and I mentioned I worked at a Dressage barn. Before I left, I was shown a beautiful line of equestrian jewelry they carry. Repairs were fast and looks beautiful!! Southern Gem, you are where I'll go from now on!
