The doctor I have is great. Front desk person is great always helpful but the office staff and especially the office managers are horrible. They don’t work with you to fulfill what the doctor treatment plan is. They don’t return calls and one of the office managers hung up right in my face. When asked for her boss was told she only responds by email and I’m still waiting on a response 2 weeks later. Saw Dr S. Prakash in the LG office and he was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The nursing staff were very nice as well.
Horrible customer service. Your appointment time doesn’t mean anything.
