I have been a patient for years there and have no complaints. BEN is amazing. He’s the first pleasant person I encounter during my visits. His smile, courtesy, and customer service professionalism keeps me there. Ben really goes out the way to follow through with appointments or visit concerns. I also like that the physicians are thorough, pleasant, and attentive to my care. Thank you for good old fashion patient care.
The front desk checkin staff was courteous. The triage nurse was kind and helpful, even going out of her way to have compassion for me being sensitive to the cold temperatures and made sure I was warm. The anesthesiologist who happened to also be from Chicago helped calm my nerves by having me walk him through how I order my beef sandwich. Very professional. Wonderful staff. Short wait time. Wonderful experience.
This was our first and last visit. My daughter who was having issues & this was the place that could see her before heading back to college. The wait time was short & office staff were pleasant and helpful. The doctor couldn't do simple things that I've had done at other gastroenterologist offices. Before examining her, she was already saying that she should have a colonoscopy and will probably need to see a colorectal surgeon (not what an already anxious teenager wants to hear...before even being examined).
