Always a pleasant experience from the front desk to the nurses and doctors …. all things considered
Had to make a 150.00 deposit before the surgery which was to be refunded after services were complete. Have been waiting for 6 weeks and still nothing. Have called the office numerous times and left 3 different voicemails which they won't even reply to. I am completely breaking ties with them.
They do not care about your health or your CCHC referral or WakeMed ER referral and will lose your information and give you the run around for two weeks and not follow-up with calls or voicemails.
Excellent experience! Friendly, efficient, and super helpful!
Even while working with a "new system" today, they still bring their A-game.
