I ordered a pre-order dress and used a coupon code for 15% off. The dress came in and the quality and fit were terrible. I followed the return policy on their website and paid to ship the dress back. First, customer service said they didn't receive the package. Once I showed the USPS tracking, then they gave me store credit instead of refunding my money. They used the excuse "The dress was on sale." when I used a coupon for a preorder so it technically was not on sale. Now I must choose something from their site and pay more... read more
Customer service is awful. Never again will I shop here. I ordered something in April, I have reached out twice and still nothing as I was promised.

This boutique did not send me my $100 gift certificate that I ordered on June 6th. It is now June 27th and I have received nothing. They kept telling me that they emailed it to me but I have never received. Numerous emails and phone messages left with no response back. Makes me wonder if they are going out of business..... I will be disputing this charge on my credit card. Horrible way to do business ladies!!!
I absolutely love this boutique!!!! I’d wear just about everything in store! They are so kind and understanding and when I my order didn’t fit not once but twice (due to my own mistake) they were kind and so wonderful to me!!! I cannot wait to order again!!!
