They are running a classic "bait and switch." The items they picture look amazing, but when you order you get a cheap knock-off looking item. My friend ordered a hat from them and what she got was VERY different. The design was very different, as were the decorations and colors on the embellishment. When she called to complain, they told her it was a "lighting issue" and said she could return the hat at her own expense minus a 15% restock fee.
