Love everything bout this place
Absolutely love my order items! Shirt ran a little bigger than other T-shirts I have bought from other companies but definitely will be shopping again. Exchange/return question was answered in a timely manner through Facebook and customer service was very polite. Also love all the contests/giveaways they have! Love me some Southern Fried Chics!

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service in replacing a lost order. I placed a order back in July and the tracking showed it was delivered a few days later when in fact it was NOT. So a claim was filed with the post office for them to deny it, go figure. So now I have been waiting for over a month for the appeal response, which I'm sure that will be denied as well, if so I was pretty much told I will be out of the money I spent and the items I purchased.. Please tell me how this is fair to your customers??
