Had a hard time locating an item that was on pre-order due to the black Friday sale. Spoke to customer service which was very informative and very eager to help. Not happy. Lack of communication, they advise they have "tried" to contact me regarding my order. Yet I have the logs from email, facebook and when I tried to call with order number was told no record. So I email. Original oder will be sent - great! Check on shipping - no order. Call, was told system wasn't updated for original order and boots will be shipped. Still no update week later. Message AGAIN and apparently boots aren't in stock and refund will be issued? Rude, unhelpful, waste of time and still without boots.

There online selection is horrible! Only 1 size in things available or everything is out of stock!
I ordered a pair of leggings but all they had left were junior sizes. The lady on the phone was so helpful by explaining what size matches the size you typically wear. My order arrived in a timely manner and they're beautiful!!! I love them and they fit perfectly!! I will be ordering again soon!
