I ordered the mermaid glitter bomb sneakers which were a preorder so I waited quite a while to get them and when they arrived yesterday they were not what was pictured.. the ones I received had black laces and pictured on line the laces are gold. I sent an email and haven’t heard back. This was my first time ordering and will most likely be my last.
I had a couple of holes in my leggings, and customer service fixed it quickly. It took less then a 5 days for me to receive a new pair. All they asked was for pictures, and things like that.
Got my seashell glitter bombs the color is beautiful luv them I also have the black mermaid and rose gold love all of them
