I hired Southern Foundation to level my home that was in pretty bad shape I must add.. They did excellent work. They even added extra piers to my home that wasn't even in the contract for extra support. Over all I'm very pleased with the work and my decision I made with going with Southern Foundation.
Southern Foundation Repair bolstered my pier and beam foundation, installing 5 new piers, replaced some wood that was compromised by termites and sealed my crawl space. They were easy to communicate with from the very beginning--more responsive than the other repair companies we considered. They did a fine job as was confirmed by my visiting brother-in-law, who does similar foundation work in the St Louis area. Very good company came and showed us exactly what we needed in my opinion went above and beyond what they send they were going to do...
Avoid at all costs.. They don't take credit cards, so you have no recourse for their shoddy work. Paid them $2500 for a bad job, and then many broken promises of a fix. 2.5 months later I'm still waiting for the promised fix. This was a combined job with our neighbors to fix some drainage, and our neighbors are unhappy too.
