Just purchased a new vehicle from Southern Ford in Thomaston, GA. My salesman was Landon. He was very informative, accommodating and made my experience a nice one. Super guy! My only complaint was the owner of the dealership never spoke to me in 2 days. NO welcome to Southern Ford, NO introduction of himself, NO do you need anything, NO eye contact what so ever as he walked around the dealership (small dealership), and NO thank you for your purchase. Not even a Ford hat, lol.

Update: I spoke with Tiffany who explained there was a glitch in their system. Very concerned for their customers. Service was great. Service dept. Has excellent people. However 120$ for an oil change , without anything else is ridiculous. I won't be back!
